Precinct Voting on Primary Election Day 

 

Election day is Tuesday, July 19. Voters must vote at their assigned precinct polling place. In doubt? You can find your polling place at: 

                   https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/VoterSearch 

Who Can Vote in the Board of Education Primary? 

 

All registered voters: Independents, Democrats, and Republicans can vote in the Board of Education Primary. It is a nonpartisan primary 

 

In other races, a person must be registered as a Democrat to vote in the Democratic primary and Republican to vote in the Republican primary. Independents (unaffiliated) cannot vote in partisan primaries.

           Online is the easiest --- Voter Registration (maryland.gov) 

                    or 

            Paper application --- English_Internet_VRA.pdf (maryland.gov) 

 

Registration deadline is June 28 for July 19 primary.
